About Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon was introduced to Trentino at the turn of the last century. Exclusive estate production in the vicinity of Arco, near a famous lake district. This wine has personality and is well-structured.
Vinified from grapes of our own production, grown in the vineyards north of Lake Garda. Traditional red wine vinification at controlled temperatures of around 77°F/25°C, and briefly refined in wood.
Colour: Ruby red.
Fragrance: Intense bouquet, complex with vanilla notes characteristic of the refinement in wood.
Flavour: Dry flavour, lightly tannic, full-body.
